Free & Reduced Info.

Children need healthy meals to learn.  Lincoln Park Public Schools offers healthy meals every school day.  Students may buy lunch for $2.50 Elem., $2.75 Middle, $3.00 HS and breakfast for $1.25 for all schools.  Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced price meals.  We sell reduced price lunches for $.40and breakfasts for $.30.  If a doctor has determined that your child has a disability, and the disability would prevent the child from eating the regular school meal, the school will make any substitution prescribed by a licensed physician at no extra charge.  The physician's statement, including prescribed diet and/or substitution, must be submitted to the food service department at your school.  For further information, please call the food service office at (313) 383-5950.

Please remember to list all household members, income for each member (circle how frequent), school name and grade if applicable.  The parent or guardian who completes the lunch application must sign, print name, date, provide their social security number and complete home address information.  Failing to provide all required information will only dely the approval process as we will need to contact you for missing information.  Thank you.
