The New Cut Scores for the MEAP and MME

Lincoln Park Public Schools is accepting enrollments for non-resident students from April 1, 2012
through September 5, 2012.  To register your child, you must have parent/guardian identification;
if a guardian, you must provide legal guardianship documents; child's birth certificate; immunization
records; name and address of last school attended; and the last two years of the child's discipline
record (you can obtain this from their previous school); if a kindergarten child, your child must be
five years of age on or before December 1, 2012.  If you have any questions regarding enrollment,
please call 313-389-0200 ext. 321, or visit the Administration Building at 1650 Champaign Avenue
(across from LPHS).  You may also register your child at any school building.  We look forward to
welcoming your child(ren) as Lincoln Park Public School District students!
