for Lincoln Park residents!
IF YOU ARE A NON-RESIDENT:
You may pre-enroll; You will be contacted
to complete a “School of Choice” application when
Open Enrollment begins in April.
Please click the "Enroll Now!" button below to register your child in the Lincoln Park Public Schools!
Please have the following documents ready to upload/scan/send:
- Parent/Guardian Identification (Driver's License/State ID with current address)
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Immunization Record Including Vision Screening
- Three (3) Proofs of Residency - Mortgage/Rental Agreement; Utility Bill; Property Tax Bill; Credit Card Bill; Etc. Note: We still require proofs of residency whether or not you live in Lincoln Park.
Note: If child has a Special Education IEP (or 504), your child will not be considered registered until our Special Education Services receives and reviews those documents and the parent/guardian has been notified of the child's status for enrollment. You may upload the most current IEP (504) documents, or we can request them from the prior school district.
